It may be a sunny day outside, but it’s getting hot and bothered online this lunchtime. Dan Hodges (not usually a defender of Ed Miliband by any means), has backed Ed Miliband’s stance on yesterday’s strikes in a post over at the New Statesman. However, the post also questions why many of Ed’s supporters aren’t backing him over yesterday’s action.
To say that Peter Hain didn’t appreciate the post would be an understatement, replying:
This isn’t the first time that Peter Hain’s Twitter account has brought him attention. Earlier this year, he inadvertantly suggested that Ed Miliband would be marching on March 26th. In the end Miliband didn’t march, but spoke, and Miliband’s team were forced to clarify his position.
