Conference has come to an end for 2013 – but not before a major document on a “One Nation Economy” was released. It carries a foreword by Ed Miliband and Ed Balls, and an introduction by Jon Cruddas. It’s the Cruddas introduction that is perhaps most revealing, because it says:
“Over the coming months we will publish two further documents, setting out One Nation Labour’s plans for social and political renewal.”
That means two more pretty substantial documents, published as an official part of the party’s policy review, arriving in a matter of months.
The policy genie is out of the lantern…
