Tonight sees the five-person debate between the main opposition leaders – and so will not include either David Cameron or Nick Clegg.
At 8 o’clock on BBC One, Ed Miliband will take on Plaid Cymru’s Leanne Wood, the SNP’s Nicola Sturgeon, the Green Party’s Natalie Bennett and UKIP’s Nigel Farage. The debate will last 90 minutes.
Some have questioned the wisdom of Ed Miliband in taking part (Emma Burnell reckons it will be the most difficult debate) but a recent survey found 58% of LabourList readers thought it was a good idea.
LabourList’s editorial team of Mark Ferguson, Maya Goodfellow, Conor Pope, Emma Burnell and Stefan Stern will be tweeting their immediate impressions throughout – all compiled in this live blog below.
