As David Cameron reveals his “master plan” could he be any more lightweight?
Dave’s made a “major speech” today and has an article in the Spectator.
It is worth reading them just to see what we are up against: Slick, largely meaningless words and tactical political positioning. But all you need to really know is contained in this devastating quote when he reveals his master plan.
We promise you this is not made-up, he actually wrote this:
“Our master plan for fixing both our broken economy and our broken society is quite simple: the people of this country.”
In a similar vein James Macintyre in today’s New Statesman concludes that the Tory leader is a “hollow-gram”.
We couldn’t agree more.
