At the start of the campaign there was a suggestion that the focus might be on the wider Labour Party and the party at large rather than Miliband himself. But as Miliband’s approval ratings have improved, and the Labour leader is widely believed to have had a good campaign, that suggestion isn’t one that’s heard too much anymore.
Tonight, the party released its latest party election broadcast, and the most Miliband-focussed for some time. It’s called “Ed Miliband: A Portrait”, and merges his personal story with the party’s key campaign messages. The PEB was directed by Paul Greengrass (of Bourne movies fame) – here it is:
