Nadine Dorries is set to abandon her constituents – George Galloway style – to appear on reality TV. The controversial Tory MP for Mid Bedfordshire will appear on “I’m a celebrity…get me out of here” according to the Sun.
That will leave her constituency without representation for up to a month, during which Dorries will be paid “a maximum of £40,000” for heading to the outback.
Following in the footsteps of Lembit Opik… how auspicious.
