Over 1000 new members in less than two days

Yesterday we told you that hundreds of members joined the Labour Party in the hours following Ed Miliband’s victory in the Labour leadership contest. Now we can tell you that over 1000 people have joined the party since Ed’s speech – 200 of whom joined in the first half hour.
