Labour has put together 60 questions that it says the Prime Minister must answer, on topics from his personal record of making misogynist and racist comments to the recent absence of Jacob Rees-Mogg from the Tory campaign and the Conservative Party manifesto.
Commenting on the questions, Labour’s national campaign co-ordinator Andrew Gwynne said: “Last night Boris Johnson failed to show up at the climate debate and sent along his dad instead.
“Boris Johnson has been hiding from scrutiny to avoid being held to account for a decade of Conservative austerity and his litany of lies, failure and bigotry. Boris Johnson may think he is born to rule but if he can’t face the people and tell the truth then he can’t govern the country.”
