The final weekend of our 4 year campaign to beat the BNP

Join Barking Labour for our big campaigning weekend this Saturday and on Bank Holiday Monday in Dagenham.

This is the final weekend of what has been a four year campaign to see the back of the BNP in Barking and Dagenham after they won 12 seats at the last local election here.

We have been out on the doorstep every weekend for the past four years and every single day since January, listening to voters and proving to them that Labour is once again on their side.

However, we need your help this weekend for one final push against the BNP in our Borough.

We are aiming to speak to over 2,000 residents on their doorstep and deliver over 20,000 addressed letters to our supporters.

We will be based at Dawson Christian Centre on Hedgemans Road (5 minutes from Becontree Station on the District Line) on Saturday May 1st.

And on Bank Holiday Monday, May 3rd, we will be at Wood Lane Baptist Church, Wood Lane, RM9 5SL (nearest station Dagenham Heathway). We will be at both halls from 10am until 4pm – and we’ll provide lunch.
