Yesterday I said that the party needs to engage more directly with members and activists, so I’m delighted to see that (soon to be) General Secretary Iain McNicol has recorded the following video, feeding back to members on a recent text survey. This use of text messaging (from text campaign pioneers Mass1), the community software YourKen and video is a template for the way in which the party should be looking to engage with members online.
