A few weeks ago we said “more like this please” when Iain McNicol contacted members directly about the London mayoral campaign. It’s great to see that Ed Miliband has contacted members directly (ahead of the media) with what he sees the coming conference being about. The party still has some way to go on membership engagement and communication – but this is another positive step:
