For the independence referendum – the SNP want play the match and be the referee too…

There are understandable concerns this afternoon, after the SNP refused to confirm that it would abide by the rulings of the Electoral Commission over the independence referendum question. When asked by the BBC if the SNP would abide by an Electoral Commission ruling that decided the referendum question needed changing Derek MacKay MSP said:

“we’ll cross that bridge when we come to it”

Seemingly the SNP want to play in the match – and be the referee as well…
