Tory MP says Cameron is a muppet

Today David Cameron appeared to announce – on the spot – that green taxes would be abolished by the government. That might be news to the (Lib Dem) Energy Secretary Ed Davey. It was also taken pretty badly by Tory MP Zac Goldsmith, who said:
