Ed Miliband makes a bacon butty joke during Queen’s Speech response

In his response to the Queen’s Speech, Ed Miliband praised Tory MP Penny Mordaunt, who had spoken to the Chamber moments earlier, for her bravery in putting on a swimsuit and jumping off the high board in the ITV show Splash!

“If she’s looking for a new challenge,” he added, “She should try wrestling a bacon sandwich live in television.”
