Labour is the #partyofwork

We’ve got 90 days to go until the General Election, and to win we’ve got to take our offer to doorsteps across the UK.

While the Tories, backed by millionaire hedge fund donors, will look to outspend us, we are going to win this election with people power. But we are going to need every bit of help we can get to do it.

Last year, Labour members and trade unionists came together to create a new relationship between affiliated unions and socialist societies and the Party to help us strengthen our movement.

The new “Affiliated Supporter” status means that trade unionists and members of Socialist Societies can have more of a say in our future and in their local Labour Party, at no additional cost.

Today, we are asking Labour Party members, MPs, councillors and trade unionists to help us recruit new Affiliated Supporters among their colleagues, friends and family.

If you know a member of an affiliated trade union who always votes Labour but isn’t a member of the Party, ask them today to visit support.labour.org.uk and sign up as an Affiliated Supporter.

We need the whole Labour movement together in this election, working to bring about a Labour government that will build a fairer, better Britain which works for working people.

Having people joining us on the doorstep, in our local Labour Party and in our communities through the Affiliated Supporters scheme will be instrumental in getting our message that only a Labour government can rebalance our economy, build a fairer society and save our NHS.

Do your bit today and ask someone to become an Affiliated Supporter.
