We’ve already covered Murdoch’s reported orders that The Sun should do whatever they can to stop Miliband winning, but the gap between today’s Sun in Scotland and the one on sale in the rest of the UK is absolutely amazing. It’s like they’ve forgotten that the internet exist, and people can compare the two. Especially since we’ve seen this happen less than a month ago.
Here’s the front page of today’s Scottish Sun – where they seem pretty positive about the SNP (perhaps because they’re taking votes and seats from Labour?):
And here’s the editorial from the Sun in the rest of the UK – they’re scaremongering about a Labour/SNP pact that has already been ruled out (they even use the word LABOUR as the first word of the editorial, incase they were being too subtle):
There’s a bit of a difference in tone, considering they’re reporting on the same event. Surely not because boosting the SNP in Scotland whilst scaremongering about the SNP in England is bad for Labour?
