Caption contest: Don’t say you don’t believe it

I’m travelling back to London from Strasbourg so posting will be light this afternoon – so feel free to amuse yourselves with this caption contest. Just try and be more imaginative than saying “I don’t believe it”. It’s not funny (at least not the 4327th time):

    i have got down now to 24.4.0/zo  now thats a grat tern up for the books started at 26 ston  now how well let me tell you  calorie conting with a bifrens fers i got  in to kitoses that is done by not eting for 52 hr just drink as much water as you whont or tea now then restrikt cal nitak to 1,000 / 1,0200 cals a day no mor than that and the pouns will drop of use runing or exsersiz to get fit not to loos waght as to bern 4lb of fat you would have to run 14 mils a day and if your like me thats out of the qeston  gust keep in ktoses and cut down or out you sugers as much as you can eat a balonst diat  biskits tow for a treet but no more thay are 40 /50 cal. a discit  low cal food not low fat is best ..les  do not fror get the bobey as to bern of the fat os kitoses is best  ie ceep the cals downe drink as mouch as you whont of tea or water  ovel teen and oliks are hi cal drinks so one for a tret and facter it in with you diner ..les
