Has this Tory MP defected?

This photo has just been tweeted by Ed Balls this afternoon. The man without a rosette is Tory MP Henry Bellingham.

(Of course he hasn’t, but we doubt he’ll be using this photo on his election literature any time soon, and CCHQ probably won’t be too happy with him getting caught unawares like this…)
