The Osborne Effect: IMF edition

Unusually I didn’t produce one of my “Osborne Effect” graphs this week when the IMF downgraded the UK growth figures. Again. Although the The New Statesman (now also noting the Osborne Effect), reminded me yesterday. So here it is.
