
A great spot by the Telegraph – senior Cameron aide Oliver Dowden told a US interviewer that he is “surprised on a day-to-day basis” by the news agenda, and that:
“Most of my time is spent on day-to-day crisis management”
which only feeds into the narrative that the government is not entirely in control of events…
