Not that we’re suggesting the Blue Collar Tory Group isn’t an entirely serious proposition, but Sir George Young, Chip Whip, Old Etonian and 6th Baronet is the key cabinet minister involved. Does that make him – the Blue Collar Bicycling Baronet?
