Timetable confirmed for South Shields selection

We still don’t have a confirmed election day for the South Shields By-election (although we understand early May is most likely), but the party has now announced the timetable for the selection process, which is as follows:

• Deadline for applications: 10am, Friday April 5th
• NEC shortlisting: Saturday April 6th
• Constituency selection meeting: Wednesday 10th April
