Balls overtakes Osborne as “most capable Chancellor” in latest Ipsos-Mori poll

Update: The poll also continues the recent trend of small Labour leads with ICM – 4 points this time, up from 3 last time.

Ed Balls is now considered a more capable Chancellor than George Osborne, according the the latest Ipsos-Mori poll. Balls is up 4 points in the last six months, taking him ahead of Osborne by 3 points. The polling took place over the weekend, after Balls’ speech last week, and Ed Miliband’s speech last Thursday.
