Weekly survey: Party reform – and what should the top rate of tax be?

The past seven days have been big for the Labour Party. Last night Ed Miliband announced his plans for party reform that will shake up the party (our Editor Mark Ferguson has outlined the 10 things you need to know about the reforms). But we want to know what you think – is Miliband right? Or are these reforms a bad idea?

Also in our weekly survey – Ed Balls says the top rate of income tax should be 50% for the richest earners. But what do you think the top rate of tax should be?
