Senior Tory tells local hustings he’s not sure food banks are a bad thing

Until recently Dominic Grieve was the Tory Attorney General, and a member of David Cameron’s Cabinet. Tonight he was at a hustings, and according to a local journalist covering the event – this is what he said when asked about food banks:
