Labour has released its party election broadcast (PEB) for the upcoming local elections, after Jeremy Corbyn launched the campaign this morning.
The video, which will air on television this week, and focuses on both the unfairness and incompetence of the Tory Government’s economic policies.
It features actor Art Malik, quoting damning statistics about the Tories’ record in office from the House of Commons Library, the Institute of Fiscal Studies and even the Daily Mail – before Jeremy Corbyn appears at the end to say:
“Labour will build an economy that invest for the future, that is fair for all, and which works for all. It’s a fairer way, and it’s a better way.”
