We messed up: what can Labour learn from Domino’s Pizza?

Following on from James Crabtree‘s essay on why Labour should apologise for its mistakes in the excellent Prospect Magazine, and Jessica Asato’s follow-up on LabourList, Alex Massie at Coffee House has written a brilliant blogpost on how Labour can learn from Domino’s Pizza.
