Sky News is reporting that Ed Balls will announce his intention to stand for the leadership of the Labour Party tomorrow.
Since Friday, Balls has said he intends to speak to the voting public before making any decision on whether to stand – though it has long been expected that he would.
In last week’s LabourList leadership survey, Ed Balls polled 7.2% of the vote.
