Diane Abbott consolidated a successful week’s campaigning last week with the launch of a stylish and very visual new website this morning.
The website is dominated by movie video of Abbott’s key messages – not just in widgets and pages but as the main backdrop to the site.
The launch follows Diane’s securing the support of the TSSA union last Friday – a small union with a membership of around 30,000. The TSSA will be writing to its members to encourage them to vote for Diane.
Abbott’s campaign also claim she is beginning to attract support from other unions.
And on Friday night, a successful fundraiser was hosted by a friend of Diane’s in Mayfair in London.
If you haven’t already, check out Diane’s new site. It’s a little overwhelming at first because it is so striking and so different from others – but there’s a fair amount more content and much more interactivity, and it’s a clear sign that Diane’s campaign is swinging into gear.
