Lib Dem PPC accused of defrauding students (again)

Back in January Dr Vincent McKee (a PPC for the Lib Dems last year) was accused of defrauding students after a Sky News investigation. McKee was subsequently suspended from the Lib Dems pending an investigation. It appears now seems that McKee has been at it again.
