Gove parties rather than attending 3rd reading of his own bill

Michael Gove is clearly feeling confident about his Education Bill. According to shadow minister for schools Kevin Brennan:

This was later backed up by shadow education secretary Andy Burnham. Perhaps he’s not partying though – he might just be thinking up “other reasons” for opposing a mosque in his constituency…
