Miliband responds to Government support for BSkyB motion

Ed Miliband has responded to the government’s decision to back Labour’s BSkyB motion tomorrow. The motion called for Rupert Murdoch to withdraw his bid to takeover BSkyB. Miliband said:

“It is welcome news that the Government says it will support our motion. It is now for Rupert Murdoch to recognise the strength of public feeling, and the will of all the major parties.”
