Cameron says he wants the NHS to be a ” fantastic business”

Thanks to the excellent sturdyblog, we learn that in David Cameron’s speech yesterday (although curiously not in the published version on the No. 10 website) the PM said:

From the Health Secretary, I don’t just want to know about waiting times. I want to know how we drive the NHS to be a fantastic business for Britain.”

Co-incidentally, he said that on the same day that it was announced that a private company will be running at NHS hospital for the first time. Here’s the video:
