Today Norwich South Labour Party met to select their candidate for the next General Election.
A local BBC TV news and politics presenter, Clive Lewis is considered to be on the centre-left of the party. He’s a former soldier – and fought in Afghanistan – but was against the Iraq War. He’s also – as you’d expect from his job – a polished media performer.
Congratulations to Clive and commiserations to the other candidates.

We’ve been out and about with Labour activists and candidates across the country from Bristol to Hull, and will soon be heading to Cambridgeshire and Lancashire – as well as Runcorn and Helsby. We’ve also polled readers for their views on the campaign.
