Boris is the bookies’ favourite – but only just

Ken Livingstone’s recent poll surge has seen him gain significant ground with bookmakers ahead of the mayoral contest. Incumbent Boris Johnson remains in the lead – but as far as Ladbrokes are concerned, the gap is tightening:
