What the PM considers reasonable political discourse

In an interview with the Telegraph:

“he criticised Ed Balls, the shadow chancellor, saying that his heckling at Prime Minister’s Questions was “like having someone with Tourette’s sitting opposite you”.”

The PM should apologise.
