Labour’s new PPB – “A new approach to banking”

There’s a Labour PPB going out tonight, and it’s based around Ed Miliband’s speech on breaking up the banks from a couple of week ago. In particular, it’s about the difficulty small businesses are having getting the big banks to lend to them, so they can grow their business and employ people. Here it is:
