Another dodgy Lib Dem leaflet – this time, using five year old data

You’d be pretty annoyed if you thought that your local council was the worst in the region – and justifiably so. But what if you found out that a local political party was using data that’s five years old to talk down the local council in a cynical attempt to win votes?

Haringey Lib Dems have been caught bang to rights. Here’s the leaflet they’ve been putting out, claiming that Haringey is the “worst council in London”:

And yet the data they’re using is five years old – from 2009. Since then there’s already been one local government election in the area (which the Lib Dems lost) but that hasn’t put them off using some really questionable scare tactics.
