Osborne may have claimed that he is “fixing the roof as the sun begins to shine”, but it seems the dark days aren’t over yet:

The Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR), an independent body, have said that public spending cuts will be much deeper between 2016 and 2018 than at any point over the past five years. If you thought this Osborne’s first term was bad, you ain’t seen nothin’ yet.
