Miliband sends congratulations on birth of new royal baby

Following the news that the Duchess of Cambridge this morning gave birth to a baby daughter, Labour leader Ed Miliband has sent a message of congratulations to the royal couple. He said:

“I would like to congratulate the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on the fantastic news.

“I know the whole country will be wishing them well.”
