
This weekend, Labour announced a reversal of their opposition to an EU referendum. It seems likely that the party will now support legislation to hold a referendum at some point in the next two years.
While it is unlikely that Labour will support an out vote in the referendum, there are concerns on the left about the UK continuing to be part of an unreformed EU.

Labour support lowering the voting age for all elections and referendums to 16 years old, and are pushing for this to be changed before the referendum takes place.
