After Angela Rayner, the shadow education secretary, delivered a passionate call to arms to Labour activists at a rally this week, we ask will a fresh push against the expansion of grammar schools help boost Labour’s poll rating?

And, after Co-op Party MPs worked together to table amendments giving new powers to credit unions to encourage saving, should Labour put measures to boost co-operatives at the heart of its economic strategy?
