On BBC’s Question Time last night, Labour MP John Mann revealed he had met former leader of North Korea Kim Jong-il.
After remarking that Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un were similar, Mann said: “I once met Kim’s father. Only in passing, and he was like him. Strange family.”
“How did you meet him?” David Dimbleby asked.
“Erm. It was at a conference,” Mann replied. “You know. No one was talking to me, and no one was talking to him. So I went and had a word with him.”
