Ed Miliband has announced that the government will invest £20million to support research in low carbon industries and a £10million green neighbourhoods programme.
The plans will mean 20 areas in Britain have the funded to spearhead new developments in green technology which will provide jobs and be a boost to the economy as well as paving the way to a greener future.
