Hundreds of Co-operative Party members are gathering in Edinburgh for Co-operative Party Conference, the last before the likely general election. Alongside our debates and our drinks receptions, we’re launching our manifesto for the election and hosting a series of ministers and other figures from the Labour and co-operative movements.
The Co-operative Party has a long history but has often been the best-kept secret in Labour circles. Not any more: we’re breaking out of the conference hall and taking over LabourList for the weekend, profiling our policies and our people. Follow the speeches and the key issues with us right here. We’ll be featuring contributions from Ed Balls, Douglas Alexander and Iain Gray, among others, and covering the best new ideas and existing practice from the co-op movement. We look forward to hearing what you have to say.
You can also follow our debates and discussions on Twitter at #CoopParty.
