Denis MacShane jailed for 6 months over expenses

Former Rotherham MP Denis MacShane has been jailed for 6 months for making false expenses claims. The Judge at the Old Bailey said:

“The dishonesty involved was considerable and was repeated many times over a period. In your case you have no one to blame but yourself.”

Good riddance to another MP who shamed the Labour Party…
