Who do you want to be Labour’s next leader? There are four people in the running for the job – Andy Burnham, Yvette Cooper, Jeremy Corbyn and Liz Kendall. The new leader will be announced in September, but at this stage in the race, who are you planning on voting for? Let us know here.
Like previous leadership election, the voting system will be an alternative vote (AV). This means you can rank each of candidate in number order (1 is your first choice, 4 is your last). Although if you do have a first choice candidate, it is not mandatory to express a preference for the others in the race. Which candidate are you planning on making your second preference, if you choose one at all? Remember: this can’t be the same as your first preference. Have your say.
Finally, the Labour leadership hustings have been criticised for exhausting the candidates and stopping them from adequately addressing why Labour lost the election. What do you think? Is this true? Should there be an immediate review into how Labour is running the leadership election?
Our weekly survey closes at Noon on Thursday. You can vote here.
