John McDonnell has returned to the street in which he grew up in the 1950s. The road in Liverpool’s inner city was at that point part of one of the poorest areas in the country, the shadow chancellor explains. The video was released to coincide with North West Labour conference, which runs on Saturday and Sunday in Blackpool.
