Gordon Brown will break his silence on the Labour leadership election on Sunday when he will gives a speech about the party’s future.
His team are not briefing on what the former Prime Minister will say but he is expected to warn about the consequences of a victory for the leftwing frontrunner Jeremy Corbyn.
Brown will be speaking at 2pm on Sunday in London. The meeting will be chaired by the chair of the Society of Labour Lawyers, Kate O’Rourke.
