John McDonnell has released a new video attacking the Tories’ economy strategy.

The shadow chancellor’s Facebook film followed the speech by Philip Hammond, at Tory conference, which committed the Government to more spending cuts at the same time as abandoning George Osborne’s plan to balance the budget by 2020.
